Hi,
I have finally finished designing a rag memory quilt for my stepson's 50th birthday and want to start printing out the pictures. I am very much a newbie, so bear with me. I have fabric that you can print on and I also just bought Leslie Riley's Transfer Artist Paper. It's supposed to wash up very well after you iron it onto fabric. Since I am making a rag quilt, I like to rinse them at least two or three times to get the full "ragging" I possibly can. My question is this? Will the photos fade? I am going to print the photos in black and white to give it an antique feel. All input and advice is most welcome. Thank you all!

i've never heard of that product, do you print your photo to it then iron it onto the fabric?
i have not had much luck with doing pictures that way, they crack, i like to print right onto the fabric
i would do one picture and wash it a few times to see how it does before i do the whole quilt
let us know how it works

Why not rag quilt first and iron on pictures later?

I haven't heard of the product originally mentioned? How is it used? I have used C. Jenkins miracle fabric sheets (already treated, backed and ready to put through the printer) with good results.
