Have you used Pounce and stencils to mark your quilt??
I am preparing to machine quilt a quilt, finally finished piecing the crazy thing. It has a lot of black in it, so I am wondering if the Pounce method would work well for marking my quilt. I usually use either disappearing pen or washable. Don't think they will show up on the black at all.

I have wondered the same thing. I've thought about using it but haven't so far. I tried using the "press and seal" wrap but it kept causing my thread to break. I ended up tracing the stencil onto some really old stationary and quilted that way. The paper was so old, it tore off real easy.

I use the iron off white pounce whenever my fabric is dark enough to allow it. I mark a section or swath at a time. It is so much faster to mark this way and so much easier to remove than the markers. I have not had a problem with it coming off but do not mark the entire quilt at once.
