i have been searching all over for a nice celtic quilt patern to make for my boyfriends mom. She has several celtic inspired tattoos, shes also a wiccan so its something special/important to her. I found a really pretty celtic heart knot top but i cant find a pattern for it. but any nice celtic pattern that is not to complicated would be greatly appriciated. She i moving to an appartment an d i would really like to do it as a ...house warming gift? i guess.. not quite sure what its called for an apparment..=] Thank you in advance!

Go to Quilter's Cache and check out their patterns. They have many Scot/Irish/Celtic patterns.

A Dutch quilter is offering a free Celtic BOM. So not something you can complete 'now', but may be you like to follow it?

(there's an explaination of each blovk, not just in Dutch, but english too)

check out Scarlett Rose's website and PHilomena Durcan's site. I have their books which are predominantly celtic knot patterns. I use the clover tools to make my bias tape.
