    Not a very difficult pattern. EQ is such a handy quilting tool to have.

    I believe it's a Navajo Star as well. It's so odd how the blue fabric turned to shreds but the background stayed in tact. I don't think I've ever seen anything like that before. Such a shame, it's a pretty quilt.

    sorry, but Navajo star has an overall diamond shape in the block. this double x is more square. the dyes in the fabric made so long ago made the fibers weak. the newer dyes are better
