I found this quilt saved on my desk top. I have no idea where I found this picture but what I'm most interested in is making this quilt. Does anyone know if there is a pattern available for this quilt? I love the colors and the pattern!

    Thank you,

Is it this quilt "Glacier Star' by Judy Niemyer?

    http://www.quiltworx.com/?cmd=browse

I'm new here so I hope I didn't go overboard by adding this information directly.

Now that I have both pictures on my desktop I can see there are some differences. Will follow this to see what everyone says.

Stunning quilt design from Judy Niemeyer!
This pattern was designed for foundation paper piecing. Curved piecing and traditional piecing are required to join the units after the foundation piecing is completed.

This package includes the basic Dragon Star pattern which includes enough foundation papers to make a 65" x 65" quilt.

    Price: $30.00
    Item Number: DRGNSTAR

It is definately a Judy Neimeyer pattern. She has a web site and many wonderful paper pieced beauties to choose from. You will have a hard time deciding, they are all crazy beautiful and intricate.

This is not Glacier Star as I just finished making one. You might check Judy's site for the name. It sure is pretty. I had lots of fun making my quilt and Judy's instructions are great

Thanks everyone! I truly appreciate the help! I'm off to buy the pattern right now! I have a bag full of red, white and blue batiks that I purchased and decided not to make this quilt. Do you think the quilt will look good in red, white and blue batiks?
