Can I assume you enlarged on a copy machine.
If so, then you have to enlarge WITHOUT seam allowances. What was a 1/4" seam allowance on the original pattern is no longer that size when enlarged. So you need to go back to the original. It is difficult to advise what you can do without seeing your pattern. However, this is what I would do.
Go back to the point where the problem started. Get some graft paper. The easel board pads usually work. Draw the center that is ok. Then start redrawing/measuring for the next row.
Another thought if the strip is too short, and again depending on the design of the row, you might add a little strip of fabric at the ends or in the center to make it fit. I have done this for borders when I didn't have enough fabric to make one strip. Now, I'll go back and read your original post to see if I missed anything in your description.

I am working on the row of the month with many others in this forum, and doing the first row, January, which is the snowflake. I just doubled it by doing the math on paper, and I didn't double the seam allowances. See attached photo.
The only rows with a problem are the outside white row and the outside background row.
