I have forgotten how to set my Singer Rumina for machine applique. Can someone help me?

You probably need to specify what kind of machine applique you want to do -- satin stitch, invisible machine applique, black buttonhole stitch......

Still have your receipt from when and from whom you bought it? Look for the phone number and give them a call or go back to the store and ask. I am sure they want a satisfied customer. They owe you all the help you need or find a store near you that sells Singer machines.
Type the model number of your machine in Google and see if there are any helpful hints available or someone to contact.
