How much should I charge??? help
#21
I found somewhere, where they charge $10 a tshirt without sashing, and $12 a tshirt with sashing, but that would include all the materials except the tshirts of course. Since they purchased the material, I totally think what you charged was right on.

I once tried making a t shirt scarf for personal use and had difficulty sewing the t shirts well. What is the best stitch to use and all hints would be welcomed. If someone will basically pay what you ask and don't want to overcharge asking other quilters was a good idea.
-For sewing the t-shirts together you must iron on a piece of material with glue on one side called interfacing. I got my interfacing from Joann fabrics @ .99 a yard...You just iron it on the backs of the shirts to they won't stretch on you. As far as a stitch goes, I just used a straight line stitch on mine. Hope this helps
