Thanks everyone, I think I will SITD this one.
I saw something similar on the internet somewhere so I had a play on EQ and this is what I came up with. If anyone is interested there are 444 pieces in this quilt LOL.
My little local show has a section for minis and if I get this finished in the next 2 weeks I might enter it.

Hi Woody, What a stunning little quilt. I have been thinking, thinking, thinking. I would back it with either of the prints you used on the front and yes, I would ditch stitch it around the main elements of the design, using a contrast thread in the bobbin and voila! you have a reversible quilt. Whatever you decide, would love to see the finished quilt.
