I love the grip strips. I've bought 3 packages of them for all my rulers. Bought the accessory kit and it is great for cutting strips, but if I want to cut across the end of the ruler the attachment is in the way. I end up putting on when I need it and then taking off

I got a 6 x 12 several years ago. It is my favorite ruler. I use it almost daily.

you can go to the boat supply and get clear tread stripping by the foot for much less and it works great.

The gripper strips (dots) work great....no sliding around rulers. However, the green band that fits the back of the ruler drives me insane. To me it makes the ruler wobble.

A waste of money IMHO - Get the true Grips adhesive circles to add to back of your rulers....you can see thru them, and they, wih your hand pressure, hold your ruler on the fabric without slipping.

I tried everything, and IMHO the best grip is with simple drug store Nexcare plastic tape. It is beyond amazing and really stops slippage.

The grip circles don't work for me. My ruler slides just as much with them as without. The sheet of grip stuff is just okay. It seems to try to peel off a lot. I was thinking of getting the guidelines4quilting grippers.

Sometimes a product will work for one person but not another. We all have to make decision on what we think will work for us.

I bought the grip strips and the quide for my own rulers in December. The end broke from the stretch end of the clip on guidelines. I called the company and three days later had a new one in my mailbox. Great customer service.
