    I found a few to show you how the colors look together ... all I did was a google search "navy blue, pink and grey quilt" and selected "images" then followed the links.

    Also ... when I think of those three colors together I automatically think "Argyle". So do a search on "navy blue, pink and grey argyle", and if you like it, search for an argyle quilt pattern.

    I posted this picture before in a thread about 3 color quilts. Sorry for double posting the picture, but I couldn't find where it was.
    This might lend itself well to your three colors. It is a simple kaleidoscope pattern, and a template for the outside edge.

    This is a very easy quilt pattern to make. It is a snowball block and a framed square. I used three fabrics, but one of the fabrics was only used for an accent in the border. two fabrics. My stepdaughter loved it. My 8 year ol grandson went over to hug it because it has a lot of purple in it and purple is his favorite color, so I suspect it will get a lot of use.
