Default Identify Quilt Block - Please

What is the name of the block that uses 5 squares, sewed in such a way that the 5th one has no raw edges and forms a small folded diagonally placed square on top of the middle? Sorry but I cannot attach photos.

Thank you for any naming help you can provide. Once I know the name, I can search for directions to make the block.
