Does anyone know of a pattern for a wine tote that will also hold 2 wine glasses in separate pockets? i can visualize what I want but thought if there is a pattern out there - why should I try to create one?? Thanks! :D

I'd be afraid that the glasses would break.

If it has separate pockets with the quilted fabric between the glasses & the bottle, I think it would be OK. I just need it to walk a couple of blocks to carry to potlucks etc in the RV parks

Could always get some of the cool plastic wine goblets they make now...should be good for a picnic in the park!

There are lots of ready-made ones out there...still looking for a DIY version.

Go to Krogers (or any store that sells wine) they have a small reuseable bag that holds 2 wine bottles. I would take it apart & use it as a pattern. I buy the 99¢ reuseable bags at different stores (so I get different colors) & I quilt a panel to place on the front around the bottom & up the back. This makes my reuseable bags personalized. Everyone who sees them wants to know where I bought it. This is very easy & cheep to make. The kids use them as to carry their toys & coloring books. They make great overnight bags for them too. If you go to Joann Fabrics they have larger bags & if you have a Dick's Sporting Goods around you they have huge bags, my high schooler can put all his football uniform in it including his shoulder pads! That way he could hang it up & it wouldn't be laying all over his room.

I have seen many for sale, they had a padded/quilted looking puch for both the wine bottle and glasses...but still not a single pattern to be found :roll

I have seen the pattern but can't remember what web site. Try Connecting Threads. I think I saw one on their's last nite. Also try the fabric companies like Moda & RJR & Robert KAufman.
