I was thinking that the Trade Winds pattern is a fun and easy quilt to make. It is made with a jelly roll, so you could buy a jelly roll in your daughter's room colors.

Here is one I made. http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...n-t149560.html

The pattern is available free online. Let me know if you need help finding it.

http://quiltingtutorials.com/browse-...ch-ball-quilt/ This beach ball quilt is cute. Jenny shows you tips on how to make it the easy way. Not sure if they still have that particular jelly roll but this fabric line is so darn cute and in the right colors https://www.missouriquiltco.com/shop/browse/3479

Lovely room, you could get away with a very busy quilt as the furnishings and colours are quite simple. How about and eye spy using snowball blocks (very easy) - give her something to do if she is ever bored.

These are 2 options I've come accross. I was thinking aqua, pink, orange, yellow, and purple for the colors.

That would be pretty with a very dark blue background that matches her walls. The other colors would be really nice with it! Nice pattern!

I decided to do the Moda Bakeshop Lovely Lattice quilt with the Spring House line from Moda. I can't wait for the fabrics to get here! It might turn out to be a bit more green than I originally intended, but I really like the prints and I think they'll compliment her room still.

Hi Rosie, my suggestion is a "Plus Sign" Quilt. Here is a small one I made to donate. I made them out of 3 1/2" squares. But you could easily change the square size to a larger size. Simple patchwork squares with a pattern.

Good luck finding a pattern. That is a darling little room.

I love this Rail Fence. This was the 2nd quilt I ever made. You can achieve different looks with the way you turn the blocks. I made my rails look like a pinwheel. And did it in my daughters favorite color at the time. (Monochromatic, yellow)

I used just 3 different colors. And, I just looked over to my wicker chair and realized my Dorky (Daschund/Yorky) is cuddled up in this quilt. He just got groomed and it has turned cold. I backed it with flannel. He must have snuggled for warmth.

Love this aqua and red quilt. I think those are Kaffee Fassett prints. Just stunning.
