    I thought I was the only one that had "magic" fabric that changed colors with the heat of the iron. It does not happen often but when it does , I have to blink , and remind myself I am not seeing things.

    yes i have. a dark red i had did that. but it always went back.

    Me too, happens to lots of things, especially reds. Not a problem.

    You should have not problem with fading. Heat can change colors temporarily, as it cools color will return.

    A little scary the first time it happens but have seen it often with reds, oranges, pinks. Have had no problems when this happens.

    I've had red fabric do that. I prewashed it and did not have any problems with it.

    First time it happened to me I thought I burn't my material, what a relief when it wen't back to normal

    Yes, pinks, reds and purples, some blues sometimes do that, after it cools, it goes back to the original color.
