I have a coupon for Joanns.com for free shipping, and I'm on their website. I added my rotary blades to my cart, and it says "your shopping cart is empty". I tried with both Firefox and IE and it refuses to add what I want to buy.

Does their website work for you????

I don't know about JoAnn's but I do know with some on line places if they are out of stock, it will not add the item to your shopping cart.

Hmmm. I tried it for a few different items, and it says "in stock"....

I went in and tired it. It's not adding anything to the cart.

Can I just eat my cookies and problem solved? :D I wasn't sure about ad blocks and cookies, so I tried Firefox and IE, since sometimes that will solve the problem but they both failed.

doesn't work for me either this has been on going since Thanksgiving weekened. Call in the order if you can get through on the phone that seem to not be working either.

Glad it's not just me. I tried calling and sat on hold. They said hold times are longer because of "unusual call volume" so probably means other people are having trouble.

With these issues going on since Thanksgiving, this has to be costing them a fortune
