Some of you may remember when i started my first landscape quilt. It's to be two twisted palm trees on a beach. I had started the 'sea' and was thinking about the water line and the beach and decided I didn't like the 'sea' so I pulled it all off and re-did it differently. Today I did the water line and the beach. Also decided to add in little headlands at each point of the bay. The palm trees will go on next.

honest opinions, am I on the right track?

Original sea - looks too "choppy"
