    There are also hand quilters you may be able to hire. Check with your local quilt shop or fabric store (Joanns's maybe). Hand quilting would be great to see on these, especially the first one.

    Beautiful! My question is if you have them finished will it hurt the value? I would also ask an appraiser.

    Those are wonderful, I love the red and white one. I would take them to someone who does hand quilting. If you don't know of anyone ask the ladies at the quilting shops in your area, or maybe someone at church would know somebody. I would ask several and get quotes, take your time finding someone, the tops have waited a long time, they deserve to be done perfect. You are one lucky girl!!

    What beautiful treasures you have...I agree they should be hand quilted. I don't know what area you are in but if you could find an amish group to do them that would be the perfect touch!! crafty_linda_b
