Looking for felt quilt

I am looking for the thread about , cut sew and quilt as you go quilt. It is a beautiful quilt made with felt, and scrappy seams . I want to read the thread again as it was so fantastic wants to see the makers comments about making it.

It was by QuiltforPD and the title was This was fun to make and I like the weight of it too.
