I've mis-placed a needle turned applique border for a king quilt! I sure hope it turns up by the time I'm ready to put the other three borders on.... I've searched everywhere.... and I have no dogs or cats to blame... only me! You can always use another ruler... get another one.

Sat down with the quilt to snip off threads before layering and the borders were already sewn on the sides!!

Been there, done that. I've only been at this for a short period of time, but I lose things all the time :?

Say a prayer to St. Anthony. He is the patron saint of lost items. I go to him so much he says "Oh its you, Honey, what do you need this time"!

My cats keep me organized. I dont dare leave anything out as they will play with it. One likes to pull my flannels out and drag them all over the house. I hang or put all notions and thread in containers.
I layed a baby quilt on the floor to take a picture and in the time it took me to get the camera 2 cats were laying on it. I have 4 cats by the way. They sleep on my cutting table even though I have a table just for them by the window. I love them anyway.
