I use a 2" three-ring binder with the clear photo sleeves (2 per page) to file my coupons. The photo pockets are 4x6 and I used the stick-on Velcro dots to keep them closed when transporting to the store. I'm able to lay the binder open and thumb through my coupons as I shop. I know this isn't anything sewn but I guess you could make a nice attractive cover for the binder with a snap to keep it closed. By golly I think I've just given myself another project LOL!

Funny, I was just looking for these myself over the weekend. This is a pattern I found which I'm going to make for Christmas presents and of course, one for myself.

Reminds me of the day I left my shoebox full of coupons in my cart after I unloaded groceries into the car. I was able to retrieve them but it taught me to put my name and phone number inside my coupon container.

That's much better than sitting it on top of your car as you load the kids! that one did not end well for my box!!

This kind of surprises me... I no longer clip coupons. I load them on my club or frequent shopper card, then simply swipe the card at the register. It's all automatic and electronic now.

    Thanks for the link.

DS is an avid couponer - that's his recreational activity - but it is BORING to listen to DH and DS discussing the grocery ads.
