Oh, boy. Two blocks down, two to go!

I started out by thinking, "I'm smart enough to figure out how to measure these." Got as far as sewing two sets of strips together before finding out, nope, I'm not. A quarter of an inch off, in fact. Don't ask me how I managed to be THAT wrong!

So, moved on to paper piecing. Turning out to be slightly tedious. The biggest thing I'm displeased with is that it forces my seams to all go the same way so matching seams is more tricky.

Ah, well, hopefully it'll all work out in the end! (Time to break out that chocolate, I'm thinking...)

Here it is!

Already posted this block photo in the block swap thread, but wanted to show the nine-patches here. : )

One of the itty-bitty two-inch nine-patches.
