I went to Big Lots today and they had precut material for sale $5.00 for 2 yards. It was marked craft, upholestry and other household fabric. It was a small selection and I will admit most of it was ugly but there was one that was light purple with ABC's on it and there was a pretty floral print too. I didn't buy any so don't ask for pic's. Just thought I would spread the word incase anyone has a Big Lots in their town.

I had gotten some faux suede fabric from them, made great looking tote bags, but that was a couple years ago. It washed up great, too.

Sometimes they have yarn for knitting or crochet.

Since what they have is "leftovers" you have to be careful. I got a great buy on yarn a couple years ago, but found out later there were moths in it which had created a problem in my closet. Finally got rid of them, thankfully.

I found some fat quarters at Tuesday Morning several years ago.

I bought some heavier weight fabric from Big Lots a couple years ago and made a table cloth and matching napkins for our smaller dining table. The napkins wash up very nicely.
