    I finally found someone to help me fix my machine a man comes into Hancocks fabrick once a week so am taking it friday he will look and give me a price before he does the work it will have to have a bobbin winder bobbin case bobbins and probally the foot control that fit into the machine does anyone know about what price these would cost can hardly wait to get it fixed so can start sewing on it my serial number is Al563345 and I found on line that it was made in 1955 but it did not tell me how many was made in that batch so it is young compared to me my birthyear 1931 was just thinking I really would like to have one of these made in that year but just happy I finally got one

    I did a google search and the years they were made are from 1933-1964. Just a tidbit of info:)

    You can Google & check out the price of parts & then you have to consider his time to do the repairs.

    With featherweights, the bobbin case is the most expensive part to purchase of the missing parts you listed. These parts are available and there are several sources on line. If the foot pedal is there, the cords can be replaced. When you purchase a vintage machine, the cords should always be checked because frayed, broken or deteriorating rubber can give you a nasty shock. If the machine is as old as you are or older, inspect it carefully before just plugging it in. I'm sure you'll enjoy stitching on your featherweight.
