Default Mommalonglegs was an angel.

I had a block turned the wrong way on my design wall and she sent me a PM about where it was. I also found some awesome fabric at Hobbie Lobby to use for the boarder. Do you think it is OK? Thanks

oh Suzanne, that's going to be just beautiful. I think the border fabric is a bit to busy for the rest of the quilt. Not sure what I would use but something a bit more toward the solid/tonal side I think. JMHO

This is going to be a lovely quilt. That's a fine fabric, but to my mind, is a bit busy for the border. If you have enough, maybe 2 narrow borders of the purple and black you have already used in the sashing.

I am not fond of the border fabric and colors. I think it will detract from you beautiful quilt.

My thinking too although she hasn't asked us so maybe I will just butt out.

Yes, she did ask. I agree with the others. The butterflies are so beautiful that it would be better to not detract from
them. Something simpler would be better I think. Your quilt is going to be lovely.

Beautiful quilt. I suggest a solid color that is not so busy.
