my craft booth items for 2011
before the big CHANGE, several of us were posting our things we were making for the craft bazaars/shows this year.
here are a few of my "quilty" things! There were made from Vintage German muffin tins! As they contained ZINC, it was best to make sure they could not be baked in, so they got a NEW life!
These are "designer" pattern weights! Great for holding down templates while you trace around them, holding paper while your draw/trace, you name it!
These are binding spools that your wind your binding onto after you press it! Makes it easier to get it on the quilt without it twisting up!
These are the sewing machine magnets I designed/drew up and DH cut out on the scroll saw for me! I then could personalize them! Kids loved being able to buy something for Granny, or mom!
These were quilt kits in a jar! The only thing I could not fit in was the batting and the time to make the runner..hehheh...these sold out fast! They got the batting, it was just in a bag and not in the jar!
I had a fairly good year, but NOT at all like past years!

Jacquie, I would have loved to have had you at the bazzar here. It is huge, but there wasn't much different or fun. I really like your items. Do you ever sell your stuff through the quiltingboard, like the magnets and the weights and such?

Love your ideas---the quilt in a jar, magnets, binding rollers (I usually just put mine on toilet paper cardboard rolls), etc.
btw, I'm also loving the books and Marti templates I purchased from you!
Have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!

Those quilt kits in a jar are so appealing! What a fun gift that would be for anybody!! Presentation and packaging are such a draw. The idea of the kit being in a jar is delightful, and your labels are so professional!
