My first quilting class starts tomorrow!

... and I am so excited!
I've been reading this forum for months and you guys have been so inspirational!
I am thinking that one class per week won't be enough so maybe I will have a quilt to work on during class and then another quilt to work on at home hehehe :)
I am making a quilt for my mom in class, then I would like to make a quilt for my baby cousin, a quilt for my brother about to go to college in the fall, and then my wedding quilt in June!

Taking classes are great for any quilter, inexperienced or experienced. You get to meet such wonderful people and in the process learn a few new techniques. Soak up as much as you can and you'll be an expert before you know it.

Ive always wanted to take a class, but I could not find one that would fit in to my work day when I was working. now I have all the time but no money to do it, but Ive learned so much from this board already. anyway you have fun with your classes, p.s. when I was looking into classes they had homework for you to do on your quilt, so before you start two quilts, see what homework you will have.
