My iron needs help!!!

My iron needs help!!!

Something - probably Lovie Cat's tail - brushed by my hot iron before it cooled. Have tried to clean it twice with Faultless iron cleaner & there's still some gunk left. Any suggestions? You guys & gals are so good to jump in with SOS help .

I run my iron over a crumbled piece of aluminum foil. . .

Try Soft Scrub or Magie Erasurer. Be sure is cool.

warm/hot iron - no steam - over wax paper

shine it up and makes it smoooooooth.

I sprinkle table salt on a brown paper grocery bag and run a hot iron over the salt. Works like a charm to remove the burned on fusible matter.
