Default Need help in converting

Is there a link somewhere that will help me convert from metric? Am seriously math challenged. Yenta

chrome://calculator/content/calculator.xul
his is the one I use. My browser is not Chrome but Firefox. It has a button on the toolbar ready to use at all times. It converst and calculates just about anything ( not currency though)

Or you can use Google - just type in "5 metres in yards" or whatever, and you'll get the answer.

I take it that you mean metric length measurement and not any of the other conversions? If you just want to estimate yardages etc, roughly, it is simple to think in your head that a metre is a yard plus three inches. However, if you want to be precise:To convert Centimeters to Inches, multiply by 0.3937 and divide to go the other way.

Default convert

To convert metrics to inches just divide the metric by 25.4. Example metric 6.35 divided by 25.4 = .25 inches
