Thank you. I checked the site last night after receiving Elle's suggestion on the name of the quilt. It was exactly what we were looking for. Can't wait to get started.

prsajl Anytime...OOOH, you'll have to keep us posted on the progress. You know, there will be a purple noodle swap in July if you're looking for different scraps. Info's posted on the classified/swap area from the home page. I'm doing it to keep for my Bride's Bouquet and have some pinks saved, too but I can always use more fabric. ;-)

Retro, those are the best ones I have found. Love the foundation piece ones which I have just got into. Have you found any others.

http://quilting.about.com/od/foundationpiecing/ss/log_cabin_block_4.htm
log cabin

http://www.freequilt.com/piecing.html various blocks

http://www.planetpatchwork.com/fndpiece.htm several 6" patterns

http://www.quickquilts.com/pbp/ pretty tree pattern, swirl log cabin, etc

click free patterns and projects at http://www.quickquilts.com/pbp/ for bowtie, stars, etc.

Cool Sampler blocks at http://www.quiltmaker.com/patterns/patt7/

Hope this is helpful to you. I have other patterns, too if you're interested. Just let me know what types you like best other than the piecing....I'm afraid I haven't spent much time saving piecing sites but if you use a search engine for free foundation piecing you should get some good results. Happy Sewing!! :D
