Default New pattern?

Well, at least to me..but thinking now I did see in a mag a few yrs ago----wish I could remember which one, when...anyway..it is called flowering snowball. DD sent me a Pinterest thing on it...tried to follow it, but could not..searched on web...found a mollyflanders.blog with some instructions....checked with accuquilt..yes they have it for $90.. Gulp! Wonder if anyone here has tried it or can tell me where to find an accurate pattern or templates...must be cheaper than die, but then again die is so accurate! Anyway, it really looks like a facinating design.

I know that the Accucut die is really expensive, but I can tell you that I have their wandering ways die and the accuracy of the curved pieces makes it a snap to put together. I've made several and it's now my go-to pattern. You need to decide if you like it enough to make several quilts with the same die, then it makes the purchase easier to swallow!

Yes, I agree winding ways die is a snap to work with....so I guess I will bite the proverbial bullet and order this one...maybe I'll wait a bit and see if any other sale is coming up.....

that's a pretty block... and the fabrics the blogger used make it look old-fashioned.
