Hi my name is Mollie and I am teaching myself how to quilt. I learned a little from my mother and aunts when I was little. But as time past and I didn't partice, I forgot. Now I need help I am trying to remember how to make the attic windows quilt.

Keep it simple. It can be a difficult pattern having to do a "Y" seam. Here is a simpler pattern:

Welcome! To quilting and to the Board! I concur on checking out the Jenny Doan Missouri Star Quilt tutorial. She always finds an easier, more fun way to make a block & quilt.
