Interesting  Haven't seen it before , will have to go see what all it "says" it can do  Ok just went and read about it... interesting that it can dye the thread but I would worry about it lasting . Even for a wall hanging wouldn't the sun/lights maybe fade the thread back to its original color ?

It might be OK for piecing, but I don't think it would work for quilting.

That's really cool!! I wonder how the dye is set. Especially with like the reds that are showing, would they bleed when washed?

    Interesting concept!!

Would love to see this in action. Can't wait to hear from someone who has used it.

I was reading a thread a couple of weeks ago where someone mentioned that it was funny that the design of the sewing machine hasn't varied much at all from the 1800s when it was invented to now....the size and shape with the needle in the same place.....all of it very much like the first ones. This one gives a different concept....not that I need my thread dyed, but you don't have the bulky machine to get in the way. And wouldn't it be nice to have a machine that didn't use a bobbin....just let you put on the large spool and sew.

I love it!!! I went to their site, and it lazer lights the stitching onto the fabric too  It could make cross hatching and other quilting easier, without marking :D:D:D

It looks to have a bobbin but I might be mistaken but all I can say is WOW!!

This kids is a major innovation! This is what it must have felt like when the sewing machine was invented or went from the Paw Foot Hand Cranked chain stitch machine to treadle operated VS machine.

I am impressed and it takes a lot to do that especially with something that is not treadle operated. I might would buy one of these for the hell of it!
