Newbie sewing machine with FMQ capability?

I have the Brother 1500. I do all my machine quilting with it. The housing is super easy to take off and put back on for cleaning. Room inside to get to all the parts to clean. Every problem my machine has had I have been able to see what caused the problem from the inside. All the gears are metal.
