but my Boy Scout fabric came today :) :) :).... I am doing a memory quilt for my son, who will be an Eagle Scout sometime in the next few months. He doesen't know, I will have to work while he is in school, but I am so excited to be starting this quilt!

Congratulations, it's a high honor to have an eagle scout in your home. My husband and our son are both eagle scouts. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to get there. Good luck on the quilt. I'm sure it will be a hugh surprise.

I have just completed a boy scout quilt for our neighbor's son. He is 14 and is also preparing for Eagle Scout. While I was in Michigan I visited the Mary Maxim store in Port Huron and found more boyscout fabric which was different than my quilt front. So of course, I had to get that too. Now he will have a reversible boyscout quilt!!! I just have to quilt and bind it.

Our son is an Eagle, also. Congratulations on all your hard work and dedication (and his, of course)! Be sure to post when it's done.
