    I LOVE this idea :D:D:D

    You could take a piece of heavy fabric, 6" wider than the quilts you want to baste this way. Cut it about 8" wide. Fold the top over and add button holes across the top for the shower hanger hooks. Then you could pin the backing onto this, before you hang it up :wink:

    It would roll up for storing and you could leave extra hooks attached to it, so you don't have to mess with the other ones each time, too.

    It would also work for spray basting.
