Dear all,
I know several of you have Etsy accounts, so I am hoping you can help me out.
I set up an account, so far so good.
For some reason my password would not work, so I clicked the link to reset. So far so good.
I received the email with the link to click on to receive a new password. so far so good. When I click on the link a new page pops up that tells me to check my email AGAIN for my new password and advises me to go into my account and change it. I have tried this several times over the last week or so, and I never receive that second email with my password in it. What am I doing wrong???

I don't know then I just went and reset my own just to see what it would do! I clicked on "reset your password" it asked me for my user name and email. I entered it. I checked my email I had an email with a link I clicked the link, it sent me to etsy and told me to check my email again for the temp password. I checked my email, and it was there I went and typed the temp password and user name, it let me sign in and I changed my password back to what it was before I reset it.

Maybe try it one more time and if it doesn't work send etsy an email about the situation [email protected] is their email address for account assistance and support!
