Post Pfaff 1474 CD sewing machine Problem

I have a 1475CD machine and turned it on this morning and it came up with the code 7.7.7. I changed the batteries underneath but it still doesn't work. Would anyone have an idea how to get my machine running again? Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure this will help:

Check that the terminals are clean, and the batteries are in the right way to. It's easy to have a brain f**t. My engineer other half just put a triple A battery in a folding Ott light the wrong way. He spent 5 minutes telling me the light was no good. Put the battery in the right way.

If you don't have the manual, here's a link. It reads online.

Here's another page to see if there is any info. Most of the links to embroidery sites are dead.

You might have to call a dealer.

Thank you for this, I did find this site but no luck. I'm going to try to change the fuse.

Thank you for these links. I know about the battery brain fog...but I did make sure I put them in right. I also thought maybe it might be a fuse, if this machine has one. That might be the problem as in the manual it says the light will turn on and machine won't run, means the fuse needs to be changed.
