I was in my LQS today and I wondered over to where the sewing machines were. They sell pfaff machines. They were wonderful and the shop is having some wonderful sales. Who has a Phaff and what do you think of them?

I have a pfaff and love it. I have a quilt expressions 2048, it's about 5 years old and it's awesome. I want to upgrade to the 4.0 and probably will in the next year.

It's a German design, but was sold out to the folks who make Viking in Sweden. It's a very well known brand.

Check out this site for reviews on the various machines (along with a ton of others).

I was tempted today by a very great deal on the Pfaff Creative vision...
I may have to splurge...

I think Martina (Madquilter) just got one? I was looking at the features of the 2058 and it does this seam length memory thing that looks cool; I was planning on getting the Janome 6600 when we've got the spare cash, but now I'm tempted by the Pfaff. Throat size is smaller than the Janome though - oh, what to do!!

I have 2 pfaffs and find it very hard to sew on anything else that IDT foot is wonderful mine are older an 1171 and a 7550 but I use them all the time I also have a Bernina 44QE and a Babylock Espire but most of the time they sit idle while my Pfaffs stay busy

I have a Pfaff 2054. I love that baby. I've had it probably around 5 years or so and I'm still learning about all it can do.

Littlehud

I'm a Pfaff girl too - I own one which is about 35yrs old & last year I treated myself to a new one the Creative 2.0 which has an embroidery unit also.
The IDT is a god send - personally I knew I wanted another Pfaff as my old girl had never let me down. I wouldn't choose anything other than a PFAFF
