photos on fabric--how to get the size one needs??

I'm prepping for the barn quilt I showed weeks ago--and I wanted to get the photos of the horses for the barn doors ready. They need to be 3" x 3". My photo options are wallet, 3.5 x 5, 4 x 6, etc. How do I get 3" x 3"??

Help.

Got it!! I imported them into Word! Now I have another question... see other post. :D
