Smile Pre made fabric quilt labels

A friend of mine gave me a piece of fabric that had labels on it, all you had to do was cut out the one you wanted to use. Does anyone know of where I can get these? I called some local quilt shops but they didn't have any.

    The info is appreciated!

One of my favorite eBay sellers has panels of different quilt labels. http://www.ebay.com/itm/270553930551

Last week I went to a LQS and found some Laurel Burch quilt labels
fabric. I bought ALL that was left on the bolt which was about 1-1/2
    yards.
Since Laurel Burch is my #1 favorite fabric designer I could not resist.

Here is a picture of what it looks like.

Thimbleberries used to have some. There was a lot in a yard piece and I am still using them!

Do you do write the label by hand or are you able to use Microsoft Word etc.,for the message and then print on the label. I think I have seen a youtube video where the girl applies the label first to freezer paper but I would worry I wouldn't get it centered.
