I seen a video not to long back of this process. i can not find it for the life of me. I remember the lady doing the demo was on another lady's show or program. The basket was woven and she used fusible web, there was something in her video about cutting on the bias and not really measuring anything. It was a wall hanging. Any one know of this video?

Thanks

You are talking about Laura Wasilowski at The Quilt show with Alex Anderson. The cutting on the bias is to make the leaves flexible for bending, and it works!!

The show is free for everyone all the time. Go to www.thequiltshow.com and on the right hand column there is a link for free show. You can also sign for free as a basic member and receive notifications when free shows become available. I think this weekend Carol Doak's show is still free, but don't quote me on that.
