Amazing what we all love and don't love...I love anything well just about anything vintage.

Thanks to everyone for their input and ideas. I will suggest I make a quilt in trade for the frame. She just might go for it! If I become the caretaker of this frame I plan to hang it on my livingroom ceiling just like they were stored so long ago. I'm veey exicted about this!
thank you again, Peace and Love, Luanne
P.S. I love the ironing board and can think of a hundered ways to use it. Vintage things are wonderful.

I paid $60 foran antique quilting frame about 20 years ago. It's in very good shape.

I paid $2 for an antique wooden ironing board about 5 years ago. It's in terrible shape. I use it as a sideboard on the terrace at summer parties. I fold clothes on it in the laundry room the rest of the time.

Me too! I will absolutely drive MILES and MILES just to go to an antique store! I LOVE old pottery, anything that has to do with spinning, knitting, crocheting, sewing or quilting! I LOVE old crocks, old linens, doilies and anything that goes in the kitchen. I'm hooked...have been all my life! I just love old antiques! (almost as much as I love fabric and quilting)
