I desperately need some help here everyone; I want to make an appliqued princess quilt for my granddaughter she is 4. She is having a new little sister (we think it's a girl ) in June, so I want to surprise her with this when new baby arrives.
Anyways, I am thinking 12 blocks with a different item dealing with a princess. Like the castle, shoe, carriage, and what ever to do with a princess. I am having a hard time finding pictures that you can use that don't have so many pieces to them. Any one got any ideas?
thanks,
grannysandy

Look on some of the Internet free coloring book pages.
You'll find lots of many different ones, all of which are
aimed at small children. They can be printed out and cut
apart, used as patterns.

A crown would be an easy one. And great with metallic thread. Also a wand, maybe?

Don't forget Prince Charming, the Fairy Godmother and maybe a bed and pea.

I have used coloring pages to create my own designs. You can search for free princess coloring pages online and see if that helps.

You'll find some good pictures of princesses on the Disney Family Fun website in their coloring pages.
