Printed Treasure Sheets
#1
I got all my pics resized and got most of them printed on the printed treasure sheets. My question is that it says to take the paper off the back and put under cold water to make sure the ink is all off. I have 16 pics and wanted to know if you have to do this since I am not using them for a day or so. It should be dry by then but wanted to know if anyone didnt put the water over them and just waited a couple days to make sure it was dry.

I never do that - but I am having a problem with my sheets - I can't get the paper peeled off the back - I have to scratch it and pull it off in little tiny bits - I worked on one label for over an hour - I did see that they recommend doing the water thing but I used them before and never did it.

I usually let the ink dry, iron it, peel the paper off, then run under water. Some of the excess ink does come off, but it should not affect the color quality of your picture. Once the water runs clear, I put it between two layers of a towel to get out the excess water. Then I iron it again.

i always let mine set and (cure) for at least 24 hours, then heat set- then run through cold water. if you do not rinse out the excess ink if your project ever gets wet you will have a mess.
for the best outcome it is recommended to follow the instructions.
