I use both, I prefer my 45mm for cutting 4 layers and the 60 for cutting more layers and heavier fabrics :D:D:D

I have both but I only use the 60mm. I like it because I can use it no matter what the thickness of the fabric is. :)

I have both and I use the 60mm for stacking and cutting multiple layers

I have both also, as well as the 28mm, 18mm and rotary point cutter. I like the feel of the 60mm best, however, I stumbled across a deal I couldn't pass up on Ebay sometime back for 45mm blades. Add those to what I had hoarded already and I'm set. Now I don't have the $$ for 60mm blades so I use it sparingly.

I have 60, 45 and 28. I use them all, but hands down my favorite is the 60mm.

Thanks for all the responses, everyone! I think I'll just stick with the 60mm that I have now.

If one has very small hands, a 45mm might be easier to handle.

Yes that is what happened to mine, I wish I could afford blades for mine, as it cuts fabric a lot easier when you are cutting in layers. God bless.

I have both and use both. My 60 is an ergonomic one, and I like that best. But the 45 is good if I'm cutting smaller pieces, trimming paper piecing, etc.
