in a "pattern" like that, there are no such things as flaws. it looks random enough you shouldn't worry about gafarbles. they just add character.

I do see the "wonky" ness you are referring to...however...I've had that happen with a few squares and then I added more and the wonky went walking! so give it some more and see what happens....maybe square things up as you go??? just a thought?

ps.....colors are awesome!!!

I nearly blew it off as a good idea until everyone at work commented on how beautiful it was, now I feel compelled to go ahead and work it up to a quilt. Looking at it now, I can see where a child would love the colors and activity.

Can't wait to see it done, it will be a lucky child who gets this :D

Thinking of putting a paper pieced bee in the center of all the flowers when I get to that point.

I still haven't got a clue as to a decent quilting pattern. It will be a bugger with all those seams.

Didn't I hear you say paper piecing was a future interest? Here is a bumble bee..........

Thanks Amma! I've already found a bee in a quilting magazine that looks a little easier than the one they had on the link, but I appreciate it. I went ahead and book marked it for future reference.

I might try and piece it on Sunday, though think I should go ahead and finish all the D9's first. :D

I'm not sure what your winters are like but here in New England I like to have a snuggly or 2 in the car. :D What a fun quilt.
