Wow! EQ6 does that? I have fun playing with Quilt Wizard, but it looks like this other software does a lot more. So, it's hard to learn? That's what I've picked up from other threads.

Oh Debra--that's a beauty too!! Wow--what a program!! You made awesome options!!

Is there a way to make the other one I liked into a 10 by 12? My daughter is loving these.

I'm going back to look at both...
Oh--saravincent--YES--you play too. :D

Rachel says #2 looks like elbows and knees-  She wrecked so many design ideas telling me she saw angry seahorses and elbows and knees. Sigh.... teens!

Rachel also suggested last night that I made an all light square--or four actually--for the spots between the inner and second rings... what are your thoughts on that? Oh--I think I like it the way you've got it...

Thanx dungeonquilter, I like the 2nd one too, but the 1st is my fav. It would be a fun one to make.

Ducky if I can learn this program, you can too!!! I just sat down with coffee and the manual and started going through it, I got stuck a few times and gave EQ a phone call and they walked me right through it!!! I'm at the halfway point in the manual and later in the summer I'm tackling the 2nd half. The first half was very fun, and I wanted to get real comfortable with that part before moving on  8)

I've been using EQ since EQ4 ... EQ6 is amazing.

Here's how it started ... about7 yeasrs ago I told Hubby that I wanted a quilting software (He's a puter_Geke) One who supports my "habit" He researched this with me and on his own ... I was fine and you will be tii,

Okay--I'm stuck between Debra's first design and the one below... it'd be 56" square an awkward size for a quilt? I'm kind of a rectangular quilt person... What do you all think?

Or--this one needs to grow two rows wider and maybe 4 taller....

Or maybe I should just make it 8x8 and leave it--then I could lay it out now!! I have enough squares. Then I could get started on the next 749 projects I have planned!

Also--would you border it--with a mixed floral fabric? Or leave it as is?

Karla....where are the other layouts you had?
I can't find them..probably looked right past them, but there was one on those that you posted before that was nice.
