Favorite free online pattern?

I'm working on bookmarking some patterns for upcoming gifts... Care to share your favorite? :o

I'll start. I made this zigzag quilt and it was a lot of fun!

And I can't wait to try kaleidoscopic kites when I get enough fabric stashed away.

I have that one in my bookmarks! It is a neat site for sure.

I love to get others experience before I try a pattern too, to make sure it's written well or if there are any mistakes. Need to be aware of before starting.

You cannot believe how many links they have on there!

I think my favorite (although I have many) is Red Rooster's Heart and Soul. I have done it in brights for baby quilts, pastels for young children and earth tones. Although every pattern is versatile because of the colour choices, this one is easy and to me just says alittle more because of the hearts. http://www.redroosterfabrics.com/qui...rns.php?page=7

Wonderful links here, too!

Love the Red Rooster patterns and they even have a OOPS section to show corrections to some of the patterns.
So if you print them out be sure to go to the OOPs area.
They have quite a few Elm Creek quilt patterns also.
Thanks so much for the link.
