Who ever first thought to use glue is a GENIUS!
I just tried it out on some batik that I needed to hem for napkins for DIL. Turn, fingerpress, glue, etc. And wonderful mitered corners! I will certainly be doing this from now on    |
It has made many aspects of quilting much easier and more enjoyable for me too :D:D:D

What product did you use?

Saturday we went to Nashville to the Grand Ole Opry for our 29th anniversary. On the way (pretty much) is a quilt shop I hadn't yet been to, so we had a quick visit to check it out.
http://www.thequiltersattic.com/ DH and I enjoyed seeing the beautiful quilts all over the shop then I stood in front of the "goody" wall for a bit. There is always something there that I am wanting but not remembering to look for. I do the same at the "goody" wall at kitchen stores LOL So, short answer to the question is Roxanne Glue Baste-it. It's spendy at $8 but now I have the bottle and 2 tips so I can just refill with Elmers. And the show at The Opry was wonderful! Blake Shelton was inducted as the newest member by Trace Adkins. Be still my beating heart!!!!!!!! |
ssgramma~ Isn't the quilter's attic in goodlettesville a Beautiful quilt shop? I love going there. I live outside of nashville, in mount juliet. Happy Anniversary!

I am confused too? Do you just use Elmers school glue. Does the product wash out? Sounds so wonderfully easy!!!!!!
